(More customer reviews)I have one of these Ambiance Transitions urban loft fixtures from Sea Gull lighting. It has a problem with arcing in the lamp socket. The contacts are made of very thin metal and eventually it starts arcing. After the bulb flickers for a while the contacts erode away and the lamp stops working. I've been very careful inserting the bulb, but the problem happened to all three of my lamps. It only lasted two years.I've contacted Ambiance and they do not sell replacement sockets. They only suggest buying a new pendant.
Looks nice, but does not last. Might even be a fire hazard.
